The President leads the board and the community with integrity, setting the direction and goals for the HOA. They preside over meetings, guiding discussions, and decisions with a focus on the well-being of the community.

Randy Kreiser

Stepping in when the President is unavailable, the Vice President supports the board's initiatives and takes on special projects. They are a key player in the execution of the association's strategies and policies.

Jake Simmons

The Treasurer is the association's financial steward, managing budgets and financial planning. They keep a detailed record of transactions and report on the financial health of the HOA to the board and residents.

Wyeth Dilinger

The Secretary is the chief record-keeper of the HOA, responsible for documenting meetings and maintaining essential records. They ensure that all official documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible.

The Property Manager is the operational backbone of the HOA, overseeing day-to-day tasks, property maintenance, and vendor relations. They implement the board's decisions and serve as a point of contact for residents' concerns

HOA dues can be paid online through our secure payment portal, by mailing a check to our management office, or by setting up a direct debit from your bank account. Please refer to the 'Dues Payment' section on our website for detailed instructions

Any exterior changes to your home, including landscaping, painting, or structural alterations, require approval from the HOA's Architectural Review Committee. Please submit a detailed request through the 'Request Form' available on our portal

For maintenance issues in common areas, please report the problem via the 'Maintenance Request' form available on our portal or contact our property manager directly. Emergency issues should be reported immediately by phone.

Renting your unit may be subject to HOA rules and city regulations. Please review the 'Leasing Policy' section on our website or contact the HOA board for specific guidelines and required procedures.

We welcome resident involvement! You can apply for open board positions during election cycles or volunteer for various committees year-round

If you observe a violation of the HOA rules, please file a report through the 'Violation Form' on our website. All reports are confidential, and the HOA board will follow up accordingly while respecting privacy and community harmony.
