Ask Your HOA

Can’t find what you’re looking for? We're here to help! Email us—we love hearing from our community.

Our dues are $75.00 a year but are not mandatory. We rely on everyone's loyalty in keeping our lake private and costs down.

We give our homeowner's January 1st January 31st to pay dues. If dues are not paid by February 1st lake access cards will no longer be activate and access to the lake will be revoked. However, access can be restored once dues are paid in full.

Any homeowner who pays their dues will receive an access card that gains them entry to the private lake and park areas.

Artesian Lake Estates HOA does NOT enforce deed restrictions on homeowners. We follow guidelines set by the City of Conroe.

Our Bylaws are located under the "Resources" tab in the "Governing Docs" section of our Member's Portal. The Bylaws are also available on the Montgomery County Clerk's website.

Per our Bylaws, only members in good standing (paid dues) have the right to vote in elections and the ability to run for office.
